Asessment details
The Assessment is a written examination.
The Assessment Questions are read out to candidates who mark their answer on their Answer Sheet.
The candidate must pass the Assessment in order to be registered with FÁS and be issued with the
Safe-Pass card.
There are 18 multiple-choice questions. 13 questions must be answered correctly to pass the Assessment.
The Assessment is based on the content of the one-day training course. It is not necessary to study any
material prior to the training course.
The Assessment is designed to ensure that candidates have a good understanding of the basic safety
practices at work.
IMPORTANT!
PARTICIPANTS MUST HAVE A PASSPORT SIZED PHOTOGRAPH WITH THEM AT REGISTRATION ON THE MORNING OF THE COURSE.
PARTICIPANTS PHOTOGRAPHS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE COURSE HAS BEEN DELIVERED.
LATE ATTENDEES WILL NOT BE ADMITTED FOLLOWING THE COURSE INTRODUCTION BY THE TUTOR
