Occupational First Aid Instructors Preparation Course

Who should attend?

Persons who wish to become Occupational First Aid Instructors in accordance with the Health and Safety Regulations. The National Ambulance Training School maintains the national register of Instructors on behalf of the Health and Safety Authority.

Duration

8 days

Participants who have completed this course will be able to:

  • Present themselves to the National Ambulance Training School for examination
  • Prepare their lesson plans and course contents to a high standard
  • Develop and enhance their instructional techniques
  • Use a variety of teaching aids i.e. overhead projector, power point etc.
