Food Safety Course (HACCP) Level 1 & 2
Since 1998 it has been a legal requirement for all businesses to have a food Safety Management System based on the Principles of HACCP.
Under current legislation, a ‘food business’ is defined as ‘any undertaking, whether for profit or not and whether public or private, carrying out any or all of the following: Preparation, processing, manufacturing, packaging, storing, transportation, distribution, handling, or offering for sale or supply of foodstuffs’.

NHP Food Management Course
The Management of Food Hygiene course has been designed and developed by the NHP (National Hygiene Partnership).
It forms an integral part of the national drive to improve food safety standards within the different sectors involved in the production and service of food including – Hotels, Restaurants, Fast Food Premises, Pubs, Clubs, Public and Private Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Retail outlets and Delicatessens.
What is the main objective of our NHP Food Management Course?
The Management of Food Hygiene course participants will be trained in both the principles of food hygiene and the effective management of food safety. The course comprises twenty-one hours in three modules and delivered by approved NHP trainers
